I found a water leak in my garden and called MAPFRE, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a translator to help me with my problem. Otherwise I would have struggled as my Spanish is not good enough for important things. He asked questions regarding to where the leak was and told me when the plumber would come. The plumber phoned to say when he would arrive and he arrived at the said time. He completed the work to my satisfaction. First class.
